JDQ provides third party neutral mediation services to state and federal governments on environmental and transportation issues.  Our mediation team conducts a conflict analysis to first determine how best to reach agreement.  Their knowledge on legal, public policy, science, socio-economic, and engineering design matters helps expedite the mediation process.

Our team leader is on the United States Institute on Environmental Conflict Resolution’s roster of mediation specialists.
