Winner of the 1988 Prestressed Concrete Institute Professional Design Award.  A 381 foot long bridge on a 10 degree horizontal curve with 12:1 superelevation.  Part of the Pikeville Model Cities Project relocating the Big Sandy River through a mountain to alleviate flooding in Pikeville.
