HIGHWAY ENGINEER – (Springfield)

Requires IL-PE license; experience with IL DOT procedures; ability to manage projects and personnel; Computer applications including Microstation and GEOPAK, Microsoft Office.

HIGHWAY DESIGN ENGINEER – (Owensboro)

The successful candidate for this position will be a licensed professional or on the track for licensure in Kentucky. Experience with KYTC highway design procedures is preferred. The applicant should have a working knowledge of the following computer software: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Microstation, Inroads and Inroads Survey. The responsibilities of this position include all aspects of plan preparation for KYTC highway design projects. This generally includes geometric design, pavement design, right-of-way plan preparation, and highway capacity analysis.
