Description: The project consisted of the design of a four-lane highway from
LBL (Land Between the Lakes) to eastward of Canton along a line north of the

was added to the project crossing Lake Barkley on the south side of the
bridge and running eastward to the entrance to Lake Barkley State park. The
Consultant was responsible for: 1. Field location of lake core holes for
barge drilling. 2. Contacting all property owners, prior to surveys. 3. All necessary field and office work to provide grade,
drain and surfacing plans for construction of the project, including a bike path from "Land Between the
Lakes" to the Lake Barkley State Park entrance, including alternate studies of street access
connectors to Canton-East. 4. Right of Way Plans and Right of Way Plans
