Project Description:

 

The project consisted of widening the roadway to five lanes through rural, industrial and commercial areas where available right-of-way was limited, and adding additional turn lanes to major intersections - US 31E and US 62.  This was a "Fast-Track" project.  ROW plans were submitted within six months and Final Plans were one month ahead of schedule.

 

The Consultant was responsible for:

1.    Contacting  property owners.                                    6.    Preparing drainage situation drawings and

2.    All surveys, including pavement elevations under               calculations and compiling drainage folders,

       heavy traffic.                                                                          including storm sewers.

3.    Preparing intersection capacity analyses.                     7.    Designing drainage structure extensions
