Description: The project consisted of an addendum to the Department's
Planning Report, Phase I Design, an Environmental Analysis and final Phase II
Design of a portion of the project from approximately 1,500 feet West of
Mill Creek to approximately 200 feet east of Beech Fork including alternate alignments, cost estimates and
drainage for a two-lane highway consisting of two 12 foot lanes with 12 foot
paved shoulders. The
Consultant was responsible for: 1. All corridor
locations.
8. All surveys. 2. All
Environmental Studies. 9. ROW
Plans and Right-of-Way Plans for Utilities 3. All
studies, cost estimates &
recommendations and related services including deed preparation. for preliminary alignment. 10. Preparing drainage situation drawings and 4. Compiling a FONSI Environmental Document
