Project Description: This project consisted of a portion of the overall project from the Floyd-Knott County line to KY 777 at Langley, including alignment and grade studies and complete Phase I and Phase II Design Plans.  The ultimate design speed was 60 MPH.

 

The Consultant was responsible for:

1.    All studies, cost estimates and recommendations          8.    Contacting all property owners.
