Project Description :

This bridge is a replacement for an older steel truss that carries County Road 5566 over Short Creek and is scheduled for construction in mid 1996.  The old bridge is to be removed and the new wider bridge built on a new alignment.  The old bridge can be used to maintain traffic while the new bridge is built.  The new structure is proposed to be a single span with a length of 27 meters.  The framing will consist of side by side P.C. deck beams.  The substructures are two end bents on piling and are on a 30 degree skew.  All plans are in metric.
